We are Paul and Pam Martin and we set up PM Training and Assessing in 2005 to provide assessor training to those in railway signalling.
We have expanded and we now provide all the Trainer, Assessor and IQA (TAQA) qualifications, as well as Professional Development Courses.
In 2009 we set up our IRSE Assessing Agency. We have completed over 2,000 IRSE assessments and have over 100 assessors across the UK.
In 2018, following the collapse of Carillion, Paul joined the business full time and we are now expanding into Signalling Training and Apprenticeships.
We pride ourselves on our quality of service and personal touch, so please do get in contact with us for more information about our services and courses and we will be happy to help.
To help create a safe railway, by giving people who work on it the skills, abilities and attitudes to maintain high standards in whatever role they have.
We believe that everyone should be able to reach their full potential.
We aim to do this by working alongside others, to inspire, develop and to create an atmosphere of growth that will allow progression and innovation in the work that we do, with honesty and integrity being the foundation of our work and delivery.
We have upgraded our technical training bus concept into a fully kitted out signalling training trailer, ready to deliver training across the country.
Check it out on our Technical Training page.

If you are interested in attending one of our TAQA (Trainer, Assessor or Quality Assurer) courses later on this year, please get in touch with us.
