About Us

Our company was originally created alone and run by Pam Martin as a way for her to provide training and assessments using her background as a trainer.

Now, PMTandA has grown to over 20 members of staff and a huge family of contractors, assessors and trainers across the UK and the world.

We are still a family owned and run business, and we still embody Pam and her husband Paul’s vision and values as one team.
