Trainer, Assessing and IQA Qualifications

PM Training and Assessing is approved by the awarding body EAL to provide training, assessing and quality assurer qualifications across the UK and beyond. We have been involved in this type of training and assessing since 2004 and have many years experience in training and assessing different skills bases.

Trainer Qualifications

For those who are new to training and want to gain a basic qualification we run a 'Train the Trainer' course which would lead to the Level 3 Award in Education & Training.  This the nationally recognised trainer qualification and has replaced the PTTLS qualification.

For those who are already trainers and want to further their qualifications we can also offer the the Level 4 Certificate in Education & Training.

Assessor Qualifications

New assessor qualifications became available in January 2011.  This means that more people have access to assessor qualifications than previously available under the old A1 & A2 qualifications.

We can provide assessor training and assessment for:

  • Those who are new to assessing.
  • Those who assess qualifications in the workplace.
  • Those who assess in a training environment, including assessing projects, assignments and tests.
  • Those who assess in house qualifications
  • Those who assess nationally recognised qualifications
  • Those who want to know how to assess but don’t do it themselves e.g. managers or those wishing to move into assessing in the future.

For those involved with IRSE we can provide extra training on the IRSE policies and procedures.
